This Position reports to:
Service Team LeaderIn this role, you will have the opportunity to ensure the Service portfolio is delivered effectively according to ABB standard processes and safety guidelines to satisfy customers. Each day, you will execute technical support, act as a specialist, and solve problems in your own area of expertise. You will also showcase your expertise by communicating both with the customer and ABB sales teams proactively to ensure customer needs are understood and business opportunities utilized for service growth.

This role is contributing to the Motion business for IEC Low Voltage division based in Pune, India
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Providing technical support and solving problems in own expertise area via remote or on-site service in any Service category.
- Determining effective Service applications, equipment, and methods to develop, market, or manufacture new Service offerings to respond to customer requirements cost-effectively.
- Providing technical consulting on Service solutions to management and customers.
- Identifying new sales opportunities, proactively communicating both with the customer and ABB sales teams to ensure customer needs are understood and business opportunities utilized for service growth.
- Coordination with third party service providers for service invoices.
- Prepares all documents and reports to be signed by the customer representative.
Qualifications for the role
- 2 to 5 years of experience in technical support preferably from motor industry.
- Full time Diploma or Engineering in Electrical.
- Comfortable for travelling in West region as per business requirements.
- Coordinates the work of internal and external technicians and assigns them specific tasks related to service needs.
