Summary:

In-Office Arkansas Human Capital Analyst supports the organization with moderately complex business insight and analytics relative to people metrics, workforce planning, data audits, reporting, and predictive analytics. This position is expected to contribute to executing the future vision of the HR People Analytics delivery model. This includes modeling workforce data, understanding internal and external workforce trends, and forecasting future workforce demands to ensure Arkansas Children’s has a workforce that is well positioned to meet future business needs. This position requires direct interaction with senior executives and directors to help identify important workforce needs.

Required Education:

High school diploma or GED or equivalent

Recommended Education:

Bachelor's degree in a related field of study.

High School Diploma/GED and 4 years of relevant experience, or 6 years of experience in lieu of a diploma/GED.

Description

1. Creates, maintains, and ensures quality and integrity of data sources, dashboards, and systems that support key HR support practices and procedures including team member transactional activities, recruiting, talent and learning systems.

2. Works with various stakeholders throughout HR and the business, using a multitude of analytical tools to develop and analyze enterprise-wide data from a variety of systems and functions.

3. Collaborates with Information Systems (IS) to drive tools advancement/productivity of reporting/dashboards/analytics capabilities to be leveraged by Human Resources

4. Gathers and analyzes data, using advanced statistical models and continuously learning about new ways to mine data and distill meaning out of the increasing amount of data available.

5. Analyzes workforce data and forecast future talent needs. Collaborate and consult with senior leadership and the broader HR team to create a clear picture of Arkansas Children's workforce planning opportunities and risks at both an organization and function level. Provides meaningful business insight for strategic workforce planning and talent analytics.

6. Manages and analyzes workforce data to generate Develops, uses existing, or researches new tools that efficiently and accurately present data in useful formats. Continuously seeks opportunities for synergy, improvement, simplification and automation of existing processes and reporting.

7. Prepares high quality, impactful reports and presentation materials for Arkansas Children's leadership and the HR team regarding internal and external workforce trends and forecasts, potential workforce risks, state of workforce planning activities, etc.

8. Develops clear and concise communications related to both insights and implication; Simplifies complex ideas and present them well.

9. Helps to integrate learning and presentation to all levels within the organization.

10. Responds to end user requests for ad-hoc reporting, consulting, and guidance on information topics as well as the maintenance of existing dashboard/reporting tools both automated and manually-produced.
