💼 You Will

• Lead with Purpose: Guide and inspire agents in a dynamic classroom setting, monitoring their progress and providing essential coaching and feedback.
• Engage Creatively: Use innovative training techniques and interactive activities to captivate and motivate participants.
• Facilitate Seamless Transitions: Help trainees confidently step into their roles, meeting all competency standards.
• Stay Cutting-Edge: Keep yourself updated on the latest products and industry trends by participating in key meetings and calls.
• Collaborate and Innovate: Work closely with the Instructional Design team to create diverse and impactful training materials.
• Drive Continuous Improvement: Leverage feedback to continuously enhance our training programs.

👤Ideal Profile

• Experience Matters: You have a solid background in training, coaching /developing people - especially within the BPO/CC industry.
• Bilingual Excellence: Fluent in Polish (C1) and English (B2/C1), you communicate effortlessly with a variety of audiences.
• Soft Skills Superstar: Your expertise in training methodologies pairs perfectly with your outstanding interpersonal skills.
• Master Communicator: Speaking to large groups feels natural, and you thrive in such settings.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office, you can multitask and thrive under pressure.
• Relationship Builder: Detail-oriented and personable, you forge strong connections easily.
