What you will do
As a Field Operations Associate, you will compile and inspect incoming/outgoing kits for compliance with specifications and usage.
- Manage inventory by tracking product movement, maintaining accurate records, and identifying low or depleted stock levels
- Inspect incoming and outgoing kits, products, and materials to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with specifications
- Perform cycle counts and examine inventory for damage, defects, wear, or expiration, reporting issues as needed
- Maintain warehouse organization, including receiving, storing, and preparing materials for surgical shipments
- Coordinate with internal teams (distribution, sales, shipping, and warehouses) to expedite or resolve delivery and inventory issues
- Support quality initiatives and ensure compliance with safety standards by maintaining clean workspaces, tools, and equipment
- Manage inventory documentation, including usage records, damage tracking, and account reporting
- Collaborate with internal resources to source alternative products (e.g., loaner banks, consignments, or other locations)
What you need
Required
- High School Diploma or GED
- Two (2) years relevant work experience
- Possess a valid driver’s license with no restrictions
- Ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs
- Must have the ability to work flexible hours, as needed to support the business needs, including weekends and evenings call as needed
Preferred
- Medical device, sterile processing experience
- Warehouse/ inventory control experience in a fast-paced environment
$23.90 per hour + $1 per hour shift premium, plus bonus eligible and benefits.
