Lead Scheduler - Unity Hospital - Plastic Surgery (Full-Time, Days)

STATUS: Full Time

LOCATION: Unity Hospital

DEPARTMENT: Faculty Practice

SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday 8 am - 4:30 pm

ATTRIBUTES

• Bachelor’s degree in business, social sciences, human resources, or equivalent preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

• 6 years of relevant healthcare experience preferred

• Experience in OR administrative environment required

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Leads a team of staff doing the same work.

• Assigns daily tasks to other members of the team, providing oversight and support as necessary.

• Performs most complex tasks or procedures.

• Mentors and trains new employees to help them reach the standards of the department.

• Provides input regarding team members’ performances, recommending disciplinary action when required.

• Serves as a resource to staff and collaborating departments in resolving complex issues and by providing technical skills.

• Coordinates the daily surgical schedule with the Chief of Anesthesiology ensuring accuracy and making changes as necessary.

PAY RANGE:

$18.00 - $23.00Rochester14626

The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full time applicant. It may be modified in the future and eligible for additional pay components. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
