About the role

The HR Contingent Program Specialist will be responsible for supporting the global contingent workforce program. This role requires a flexible individual who can manage relationships with internal departments and vendors, ensure data integrity, enable reporting accuracy, and support decision-making across the global CTS program. The Specialist will work closely with various internal departments to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and deliver high-quality staffing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • First Point of Contact: Act as the first point of contact for contingent platform or management related inquiries.

  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any issues that arise related to contingent workers, working to ensure positive experience. This includes handling complaints received via MyEcolab ticketing system, conducting investigations, and implementing corrective actions.

  • Support mass uploads and data migrations using VNDLY templates (e.g., contractor profiles, work orders, assignment mass changes).

  • Process Implementation and Improvement: Support the global expansion of Vndly implementation and the process improvements within the contingent workforce program.

  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports, create dashboards, present findings to internal stakeholders, and make recommendations for improvement.

  • Training: Provide onboarding and refresher trainings for internal contacts

  • Documentation: Document processes and maintain documentation

  • Supplier Management: Manage relationships with suppliers to ensure contracts, data privacy, worker details, and cost data are provided and complete.

  • Compliance: Ensure all contingent processes comply with local labor laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date documentation of any legislative changes. This includes conducting audits and implementing necessary changes to policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Education: degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Human Resources).

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in staffing, recruitment, or human resources, with a focus on contingent labor solutions.

  • Good communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.

  • Fluent English and additional language knowledge

  • Familiarity with VNDLY, Workday, or similar VMS/HRIS platforms is a plus
