About the role

Roku's FP&A team is looking for a Sr. Financial Analyst to own the financial planning, reporting, and forecasting for Frndly TV, a Roku owned and operated streaming service. You'll be the primary finance partner for the Frndly TV business — building the models, tracking performance, and delivering the analysis that drives decisions on subscriber growth, content economics, and profitability.

This role will evolve as AI transforms financial analysis. We want someone who's excited about that — not just comfortable with new tools, but eager to rethink how FP&A work gets done. What you’ll be doing

Own the financial forecasting and budgeting process for Frndly TV, including revenue, subscriber metrics, content costs, and operating expenses
Deliver monthly and quarterly variance analyses — explain what happened, why it matters, and what to do about it
Build and maintain financial models that inform pricing, content investment, and growth strategy decisions
Conduct ROI analyses on proposed initiatives, translating business cases into clear financial frameworks.
Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Content, Marketing) to provide financial perspective and support strategic planning
Identify ways to improve the speed, accuracy, and usefulness of financial reporting — including leveraging AI and automation tools to streamline workflows
Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership with clarity and confidence
