We are looking for an exceptional Senior Accountant to help Anduril prepare for a future potential IPO, support an ERP implementation, integrate acquired businesses, and drive operational excellence.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Manage and support the growing Capital Improvement Projects (CIP) portfolio while driving initiatives to streamline and organize current processes.
- Monitor and track government grants to ensure compliance, accurate reporting, and timely disbursement.
- Oversee and execute capitalization of software assets in alignment with applicable accounting standards.
- Approve and manage CAPEX purchase orders, ensuring adherence to company policy.
- Prepare footnotes, disclosures, and supporting schedules to support financial reporting.
- Prepare financial reconciliations timely and be able to research and resolve variances as needed.
- Help implement new systems or improve efficiencies with current systems to support continued company and team growth.
- Contribute to the control environment by establishing, improving, and maintaining operational processes.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in managing Capital Improvement Projects (CIP) is required.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience.
- Highly detail oriented with strong experience in Excel, ERP systems, and US GAAP.
- CPA (active or inactive) and/or MBA preferred.
- Prior experience in companies that are tech or advanced manufacturing preferred.
- Healthy mix of technical accounting and operational accounting preferred.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a high growth organization.
- Able to get hands dirty to drive organizational change while also maintaining an ability to manage up against strategic priorities/reporting.
- Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities.
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
