ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide leadership/mentorship to a team of assistant and research coordinators
- Preliminary review of research applications
- Review of revised research applications
- Issuing approvals of research applications upon verification of received revisions
- Responding to applicant questions via email and phone
- Taking minutes at committee meetings
- Assisting with research document and webpage revisions and procedural changes
- Assisting with policy and procedure development
QUALIFICATIONS AND CREDENTIALS
Education and Experience
- Minimum: Bachelor’s degree
- Preferred: Master’s degree with thesis experience
- Experience with or an understanding of research preparation and procedures (preferred but not required)
