Meet the team:

Dexcom is seeking a highly experienced Business Analyst (Supply Chain Management) with additional Project or Workstream leadership experience. The candidate must have experience of cross-application implementations covering Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, or Customer Technical Support. Must be an excellent communicator who is at ease leading requirements / process mapping / process design workshops. Experience gained on a CRM (SalesForce) or an ERP (Oracle) project would be advantageous. Must be a self-starter with proven 8+ years full-time in a BA role with 3 of that as a senior. The role will support multiple APAC IT projects and may act as project lead for small projects when required. Matrix management to EMEA and alignment with global Dexcom processes.

Where you come in:

  • Own the end-to-end Business Analysis model and all supporting document templates.
  • Provide guidance and leadership to more junior Business Analysts.
  • Facilitate the capture / definition / documentation of detailed business process maps with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Define accurate and concise user stories / business requirements.
  • Provide general Business Analyst and Business Change Management support for all APAC enterprise application projects and system enhancements.
  • Act as a single-point-of-contact for SMEs in representing processes and requirements to technical teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in delivering via Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid methodologies.
  • Drive execution of assigned project deliverables.
  • Lead small to medium sized IT projects when required.
  • Understand technical, resource and schedule implications of business decisions.
  • Work with stakeholders to determine project timing and resourcing requirements.
  • Monitor execution and report status, risks and issues to the Project / Program Manager.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

What makes you successful:

  • 8+ years of experience in an IT Applications Business Analyst role, preferably 3+ years of which in a senior BA level. With experience in supply chain management processes would be highly advantageous.
  • Must have 3+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud – Procure-to-Pay or Order-to-Cash.
  • Significant experience facilitating workshops for business requirements/business process capture, “to be” process design, organizational change impact.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills; understands business needs and brings proactive solutions to the team.
  • Experience with enterprise-level application development projects and working with multi-discipline, globally distributed teams.
  • Experience of developing a full business analysis model with associated use of tools and templates.
  • An understanding of Supply Chain related data models and how that data is used would be beneficial.
  • Experience with Agile and Hybrid methodologies.
  • Experience in conducting Level of Effort analyses, bottom-up project planning.
  • The following skills/experience would also be an advantage: 
    • Hands-on experience using JIRA, SNOW or equivalent.
    • Logistics and Supply Chain experience.
    • Medical device and/or pharmaceutical experience ideal.
    • Vendor Management experience.
    • Experience with Salesforce as a user is a plus.

Experience and Education Requirements: 

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline, and a minimum of 8-12 years related experience or Master’s degree and 5-7 years equivalent industry experience or a PhD and 2-4 years of experience.
