The sales department transforms yesterday’s narrow selling concept of buyer-seller relationships with our customers into a multifunctional, collaborative approach designed to achieve our mutual volume, profit, and market share objectives. You will work collaboratively with experts from P&G including Finance, Sales Category Managers and Marketing to develop the right business strategies and business plans to deliver sustainable competitive advantage for our brands in the marketplace.
As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for developing superior in-store presence of our brands in a defined geographic territory. You will be leading a significant part of our business and be able to immediately see the results of your work.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and identify opportunities for account growth
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
Act as the primary point of contact between the customer and internal multifunctional teams such as marketing, product supply, and finance
Secure favorable agreements and ensure compliance
Prepare regular sales forecasts to track performance and plan future activities

Monthly salary starting from 900 000 KZT gross

Job Qualifications
The job requires you to be based in Almaty (or you should be ready to move to Almaty with the company's support)
Any higher education degree (up to 3 years after graduation)
Good command of English (Upper-Intermediate/B2 or higher level)
Strong analytical and communication skills
Relevant job experience is not mandatory but preferable
Readiness for a full-time work schedule (40 hours per week)
