About the role

Job Description

This position combines marketing and communications excellence with data-driven CRM management and technology leadership. The successful candidate will drive brand visibility and content strategy while leveraging data analytics to identify growth opportunities and optimize client relationships.

Core Responsibilities

Marketing & Presentation (40%)

  • Develop and produce marketing decks, presentation materials, and client-facing documents
  • Create and manage content across digital channels, including LinkedIn strategy and execution
  • Optimize and maintain team website
  • Generate innovative ideas and campaigns for social media platforms (financial literacy etc.)

Data Analytics & CRM Management (40%)

  • Administer Salesforce platform, ensuring data accuracy and system optimization
  • Build and maintain dashboards to track key metrics tied to growth and asset consolidation
  • Analyze CRM data to identify client opportunities and consolidation potential
  • Process and manage referral entries and generate actionable referral analytics
  • Produce client information relevant for servicing – tickets, interests, etc.

Technology Leadership & Enablement (20%)

  • Serve as internal champion and trainer for AI, and applications to improve efficiencies
  •  Lead adoption of new platforms and technologies available within the firm
  •  Participate in all pilot programs as early adopter, providing feedback and best practices
  • Ensure the team maximizes the full suite of enterprise applications available

Key Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
  • Experience with marketing automation, analytics, and dashboard development
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort with technology adoption and change management
  • Ability to work across functions and influence without authority

Pay Range

The expected pay range for this position is:

$37,500.00 - $50,000.00

This position includes competitive-based pay, and the overall earning potential is impacted by a variable incentive structure, earning a multiple of salary up to:
