Job Description

Purpose 

We are seeking an Internal Sales Executive to manage inbound and outbound sales activities, respond to customer enquiries, generate and qualify leads, and provide proactive support to the external sales team. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships, understanding client requirements, and contributing to the growth and success of our Deployable Technology business.

Key Responsibilities 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Lead Management & Sales Support 

  • Handle inbound calls, emails, and inquiries from prospective customers. 
  • Generate and qualify leads through outbound calling, follow-ups, and database management. 
  • Support the external/field sales team with documentation, scheduling, and coordination. 

Customer Relationship Management 

  • Maintain regular communication with new and existing customers. 
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services. 
  • Ensure timely responses to customer queries and provide after-sales support. 

Sales Operations & Documentation 

  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales orders. 
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and sales activities in CRM  

Coordination & Collaboration 

  • Coordinate with other departments such as operations, logistics, finance, and technical teams for timely order processing. 
  • Work closely with marketing teams on campaigns, emailers, and other lead-generation activities. 

Target Achievement 

  • Achieve weekly/monthly sales and lead generation targets. 
  • Contribute to revenue growth by creating and converting leads into successful sales. 

Requirements

Education 

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field (preferred but not mandatory). 

Experience 

  • 1–3 years of experience in internal sales, telesales, customer service, or lead generation. 
  • Experience with CRM tools is an advantage.

•    Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. 
•    Good negotiation and persuasion skills. 
•    Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
