About the role

We are currently hiring a Client Service Analyst – Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to join our growing team in Milton Keynes. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering automation solutions that drive efficiency, reduce risk, and enhance service delivery across a leading global payments organisation.

Working within a collaborative and highly skilled RPA team, you will design, develop and support automation solutions using tools such as Blue Prism, partnering closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable digital workforce solutions.

This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility between home and office working, with 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, scheduled between 8:00am – 6:00pm.

What part will you play?

  • Translate business requirements into clear automation design documentation (PDD/SDD)

  • Working within Blue Prism object and process design standards

  • Ensure automation solutions are scalable, reusable, and aligned with governance frameworks

  • Complete UAT (User Acceptance Testing)

  • Validate automation outputs against defined acceptance criteria

  • Assist with deployment planning and production releases

  • Provide post-implementation support and issue resolution, Investigate production issues and perform root cause analysis

  • Monitor bot performance and identify optimisation opportunities

  • Recommend enhancements to improve stability, efficiency, and throughput

  • Maintain and utilize application and programming documents in the development of code. Recommend changes in development, maintenance, and system standard.

What are we looking for in this role?

What you bring (Including any qualifications or minimum experience):

  • Experience working with Blue Prism or similar RPA tools

  • Strong business process analysis and documentation skills

  • Understanding of process improvement methodologies (Lean / Six Sigma beneficial)

  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

  • Effective stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Experience in financial services or regulated environments

  • Exposure to automation governance, risk, and controls

  • Basic understanding of APIs, data integration, or scripting

  • Blue Prism, Advanced Excel, Visual Basic, Advanced Visio, HTML, Advanced Word, PowerPoint
