• Lead and oversee end-to-end project delivery, defining scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics.

• Build and maintain project plans (timelines, milestones, dependencies) and ensure disciplined execution.

• Coach and mentor junior Business Analysts, supporting development, collaboration, and high-quality output.

• Lead business analysis activities, including eliciting, documenting, and validating requirements with stakeholders; translate needs into actionable plans.

• Monitor project performance, risks, issues, and dependencies; provide clear governance and regular status reporting.

• Ensure alignment to business objectives and identify opportunities to improve processes, controls, and customer/colleague experience.

• Oversee quality assurance and promote best practices to maintain consistent delivery standards across project outcomes.

• Work closely with stakeholders in Life Operation to implement required system enhancement

• Provide ad-hoc support to team head/leaders

• Fulfillment of regulatory requirements and compliance governance

• Able to identify any potential problems during project execution that may cause impact to company and clients

• Able to make constructive recommendation to resolve problems

• Collaborate with team members across different functional teams frequently to ensure clear communication is delivered to all stakeholders of the initiatives.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree required, preferably in Business Administration or Information Systems

• 5-8 years in Life Insurance industry with good understanding on operation and products

• Solid experience in business analysis and process improvement/re-engineering

• Self-driven with proven track record to deliver initiatives

• Extensive knowledge in Life insurance products and operation

• Understanding of IT systems for process streamlining and service improvements

• Working knowledge of project delivery methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile/Waterfall) and strong stakeholder governance.

• Strong analytical, structured problem-solving, and attention to detail, with a focus on control-minded execution.

• Good knowledge in business analysis (prepare user requirement document, perform user acceptance test, reporting etc.)

• Strong PC skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio

• Proficient in both spoken & written English and Chinese
