In this role you will report to our Head of Waymo Training and Documentation. このハイブリッドな役割は、Waymo のトレーニングおよびドキュメント部門責任者の直属となります。

 

You will: 業務内容:

• Serve as the primary training liaison for Japan Training functions, managing all on-the-ground execution and resolving local escalations to ensure seamless business continuity and operational stability for training.とぎれなくビジネスを継続し、安定して運用するために、現場でのすべての施策を管理し、国内のエスカレーションを解決して、日本でのトレーニング機能に関する主要なトレーニング連絡窓口を務める。
• Ensure that training materials for high-risk, safety-critical SOPs are delivered with 100% accuracy and comply with local Japanese traffic laws and safety standards.高リスクかつ安全上重要な標準作業手順（SOP）に関するトレーニング資料が、100% 正確に提供され、日本国内の交通法規および安全基準に準拠しているようにする。
• Set the strategy and own the execution to make training an enabling function for the Waymo operations in Japan戦略を策定し、その実行を主導することで、トレーニングを Waymo の日本事業における推進力にする。
• Work closely with and drive accountability with partners and vendor suppliers for the training compliance including recurrent training and  safety critical outcomes.パートナーおよびベンダー サプライヤーと緊密に連携し、定期研修や安全上重要な成果を含むトレーニングの遵守について責任を持つよう推進する。
• Maintain a real-time feedback loop with regional  partners to facilitate rapid, data-driven adjustments to training materials based on in-market events.地域パートナーとの改善サイクルをリアルタイムで維持し、市場での出来事をベースに、データに基づいて迅速にトレーニング資料を更新する。
• Direct oversight of vendor relationships in consistently delivering to ensure readiness for the Tokyo launch.ベンダーとの関係を直接監督し、東京でのサービス開始に向けた準備を継続して行う。
• Facilitate the transition to Japanese-localized workflows, proactively bridging language and cultural barriers for the operational team. 日本に合わせてローカライズされたワークフローへの移行を円滑に進め、オペレーション チームでの言語と文化の壁を積極的に取り除く。

 

You have: 必須条件:

• Professional fluency in both Japanese and English, with the ability to bridge communication gaps across global teams. 日本語と英語の両方でビジネスレベルでの流暢なコミュニケーション能力を備え、グローバル チーム間のコミュニケーションを支える能力
• Deep familiarity with Japanese traffic laws, road rules, and regional driving regulations日本の交通法規、道路交通規則、および地域ごとの運転規制に関する深い知識
• 10+ years of experience developing documentation, training content and hands-on expertise with the associated methodologies, tools and systems (such as LMS, Articulate, Captivate etc.)ドキュメント作成やトレーニング コンテンツ開発における 10 年以上の経験、関連する手法、ツール、システム（学習管理システム、Articulate、Captivate など）に関する実践的な専門知識
• Demonstrated ability to deliver and oversee large-scale technical documentation, training content and curriculum development  in safety-critical and complex environments, with a strong understanding of ensuring adherence to rigorous operational policies and procedures安全性が極めて重要かつ複雑な環境において、厳格な運用方針および手順を確実に遵守するための深い理解を備え、大規模な技術ドキュメント、トレーニング コンテンツ、カリキュラム開発を実施し、監督できることを示す実績
• Successful track record in managing work deliverables through global extended workforce. グローバル人材を通じて業務成果物を管理してきた実績
• Expert knowledge and hands-on experience of training and development platforms, instructions and curriculum design framework and learners’ proficiencies assessment. 研修や開発のプラットフォム、指導、カリキュラム設計フレームワーク、受講者の能力評価に関する専門知識と実践経験
• Experience in high pace environments with high volume of changes and business critical deadlines. 変化の激しい環境や、ビジネス上重要な期限が頻繁に発生する環境での経験
