DESCRIPTION:
Join us as a Senior Operations Training Specialist and make a meaningful impact developing and delivering training programs across our organization. You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and promoting a positive culture by designing and implementing effective learning solutions. Working closely with subject matter experts and business partners, you'll conduct learning needs analyses, develop curricula, and deliver training across multiple modalities to support business objectives and maintain compliance standards.

Your work will include:

  • Creating innovative training materials using various formats (eLearning, videos, simulations, workshops)

  • Managing training documentation and schedules

  • Evaluating training effectiveness

  • Continuously improving programs to enhance learning outcomes

You'll collaborate across functions to ensure training meets quality standards while supporting operational excellence, process improvements, and knowledge retention.

Requirements:

  • Advanced degree plus 3 years of experience, or bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of experience in training/learning & development, preferably in a regulated industry

  • Academic background in Education, Instructional Design, Learning Technologies, or a related field strongly preferred

  • Demonstrated expertise in adult learning theory, modern instructional design practices, and performance-focused learning strategies with experience designing and implementing workflow-based learning solutions

  • Proven ability to leverage AI and emerging technologies to design, develop, and deliver learning solutions, including content creation, personalization, automation, and data-driven optimization

  • Experience supporting training and change enablement for agile system implementations (e.g., iterative releases, digital transformations), with the ability to adapt learning strategies to evolving environments

  • Demonstrated ability to design and deliver engaging, multimodal learning experiences (eLearning, virtual instructor-led, video, microlearning, and blended solutions) using a range of digital learning technologies, including learning management systems, authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia), and productivity platforms (e.g., Microsoft Office suite)

  • Strong project and program management skills, with the ability to lead multiple concurrent initiatives in fast-paced, matrixed environments

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to influence and engage stakeholders across functions and levels

  • Strong analytical mindset, with experience using data and insights to evaluate learning effectiveness and continuously improve performance outcomes

  • Knowledge of cGMP/regulatory requirements and quality systems preferred

  • Proficient in English
