About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Concierge Agent to join our Front Office team. As a key ambassador of the hotel, you will curate personalized experiences, anticipate guest needs, and provide expert recommendations to ensure every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable stay.
What You Will Do
- Deliver exceptional, personalized concierge services to all guests
- Provide expert recommendations on dining, entertainment, cultural attractions, and local experiences
- Handle guest requests including reservations, transportation, event tickets, and special arrangements
- Build strong relationships with guests to anticipate preferences and exceed expectations
- Collaborate with hotel departments to ensure smooth execution of guest services
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local events, venues, and services in Baku
What You Bring
- Previous experience in Concierge, Guest Relations, or Front Office in a luxury environment is preferred
- Strong knowledge of Baku’s restaurants, attractions, and lifestyle offerings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English and Russian (additional languages are a strong advantage)
- A proactive, service-oriented mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple requests with professionalism and efficiency
