Quality Intern

We are looking for a Quality intern to be part of our Quality Team affiliated to the Quality Department who;

  • 4th or 5th grade Pharmacy student
  • Can continue for at least 4 days a week for 6 months.
  • Good command of English
  • Good use of MS Office programs
  • Has planning and organizing, job tracking and effective communication skills
  • Prone to teamwork

Responsibilities:

  • Perform translation of for product complaints received by the Quality Department
  • Perform product complaint sample requests from the patients and provide response to product complaint based on the results of complaint investigation.
  • Labelling and packing of product complaint samples according to safety guidelines.
  • Perform cargo arrangement for the product complaint sample shipment to European Regional Center.
  • Draft exportation permit letters for product complaint samples.
  • Perform validity checks of the importation licenses of Clinical Trials with Customs Company
  • Support Quality team on archiving activities.
  • Perform daily complaint quantity reconciliation with Call Center Company.
  • Assist Quality team in meeting global policies and local quality procedures requirements.
