Position Overview
We are seeking a Test Operator to support the execution of electrical and environmental tests on satellites and satellite subsystems. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals with a strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn in a highly regulated, technical environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute basic test procedures under direct supervision
- Assist in setup and operation of standard test equipment
- Record and report test data accurately
- Support basic troubleshooting under guidance
- Follow ESD, cleanroom, and safety protocols at all times
- Maintain cleanliness of test areas and equipment
Qualifications
Education:
High school diploma or GED required
Experience:
A minimum of 0–1 year of relevant experience or recent technical/vocational training
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic understanding of electronics or test equipment
- Familiarity with cleanroom procedures and safety protocols
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or testing environment
- Experience conducting and monitoring vibration testing on satellite components and assemblies to ensure compliance with aerospace standards and accurately simulate launch conditions
Soft Skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Comfortable working in a structured and regulated environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team setting
Technology Stack
- Standard electrical test equipment (e.g., oscilloscopes, multimeters)

Physical Requirements
- Ability to work in a standard office and cleanroom environment
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand for extended periods during testing procedures
- Manual dexterity to handle small components and tools
