Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Drive sales revenue on JD platform and achieve business targets.
2. Design key customer (JD) development strategy, including growth goals, strategic priorities, and action plans.
3. Manage JD flagship store and brand site, with potential to expand to other e-commerce platforms.
4. Initiate and execute online promotions and campaigns to increase traffic and conversion.
5. Collaborate with marketing team to develop annual cost plan; review and approve EC promotion mechanisms and campaign designs.
6. Monitor and manage product inventory to ensure sufficient stock online.
7. Understand and apply core e-commerce principles to continuously improve operational efficiency.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor‘s degree or above; 3+ years of JD platform experience, including at least 1 year managing POP or brand flagship store.
2.Familiar with JD platform rules, advertising tools (JingzhunTong, Jingsutui), and campaign rhythms; proven ability in annual business planning.
3.Strong data analysis and budget control skills; capable of independently delivering performance reviews and optimization plans.
4.Result driven, able to work under pressure and adapt to peak season intensity.
5.Good cross-functional communication skills (with marketing, supply chain, finance).
