12+ yrs of experience in a production support (L1/L2) role within a middleware or integration environment.
Strong operational knowledge of IBM MQ, including monitoring and troubleshooting in a live environment.
Experience supporting MQ MFT or similar managed file transfer technologies.
Experience supporting APIs and API Gateways from an operations perspective.
Exposure to ESB or integration platforms built on Java‑based open‑source frameworks, from a runtime support standpoint.
Familiarity with incident, problem, and change management processes in a regulated environment.
Strong analytical skills and ability to perform structured diagnostics before escalation.
Ability to produce clear written communication, including incident updates, handovers, and RCA summaries.
Comfortable working with Linux systems, logs, and command‑line tools.
Basic scripting skills (e.g. Bash) beneficial for support and operational tasks.
Familiarity with FIX protocol specifications and troubleshooting
