Delivery Supervisor

Set team’s (production/delivery/technical) action plan according to dept. target and properly allocate various resources to complete work/production task within own responsible area, and ensure quality, safety, cost, delivery, and efficiency target achieving. 

依据部门目标，设定团队（生产/交付/技术）行动计划，合理调配本部门人员及生产资源，完成本部门生产/工作任务，确保质量、安全、成本、交付、及效率目标的达成。 

Utilize systematic tools (LSS etc.) to solve existing problems within own responsible area, and improve work efficiency by optimizing process and various management rules.  

利用系统化工具（LSS等）解决职责范围内存在的问题，通过流程优化及完善各项管理制度，提高生产效率。  

Improve products quality continuously to meet customer satisfaction through bringing in new products, equipment, and process.   

通过引进新产品、新设备、新工艺，持续改善产品品质，满足客户需求。 

Implementing personnel training and development plan by performance management, ensure sufficient talent pool.   

通过绩效管理，实施人员培训和发展方案，保证关键岗位人才储备。 

Get to know relative regulations of safety, environment, industry hygiene, and quality management, strictly follow and implement during work process.   

了解本部门安全、环境、工业卫生及质量管理体系相关规范，指导员工在工作过程中严格遵守并执行。 

Understands and strictly follows Company’s Rules, Regulations, Policies, Instructions and Procedure to avoid unnecessary conflicts and to reach expected behavior and job performance. 

理解并严格遵守公司的规章、制度、政策、说明、流程，以确保行为表现符合公司的期望并能达到工作绩效的要求。 

Accept temporary tasks arranged by superiors when it is compliance to regulations. 

    在不违反法律法规的前提下，接受上级安排的临时任务。 

1. bachelor’s degree or above, engineering related profession. 

本科以上学历，工科相关专业。 

2. above 3years management working experience in mechanical field.  

3年以上机械行业相关工作经验。 

3. have basic English listening, speaking, reading, and writing ability.  

具备基本英语听说读写能力。 

4. have good communication and coordination ability.  

具备良好的沟通与协调能力。  

5. have higher requirements to work, could continuously get new      

  knowledges to improve relative skills.  

 对工作有较高的要求，能够在岗位上不断获取新知识，提升相关技能。
