MC Program:
VML Marketing Coordinator Program is a large global community of approx. 400 employees sitting at the intersection of Microsoft Marketing and agencies teams.
We coordinate campaigns across Microsoft internal stakeholders, VML global Service Delivery Hub teams, and third-party agencies. Campaigns generate sales leads Microsoft then scores and processes according to their sales strategy.
Consumer is an expertise group within the MC Program responsible for coordinating and executing variety of Microsoft's global and local demand generation and engagement activities focused on consumer segments.
Purpose of the job:
Marketing Coordinator Consumer plans and executes Microsoft's activities, like e-mail and content marketing, BTL campaigns, that result in engagement with Microsoft consumer products, such as Xbox or Windows.
In this role MC Consumer acts primarily as a single point of contact for consumer marketing execution and a project manager who co-ordinates internal VML resources, Microsoft stakeholders and third-party vendors.
We are looking for native speakers of either: Danish, Finnish, Norwegian or Swedish.

Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Impact
- Assists in developing project and campaign plans
- Executes BTL campaigns supporting consumer products
- Executes all activities to ensure consistent marketing across categories and channels
2. Campaign Coordination & Project Management
- Act as Project Manager with full responsibility for activity execution and its results
- Co-ordinates all parties involved in an activity – VML and Microsoft stakeholders and third parties
3. Localization
- Responsible for marketing assets localization/transcreation
- Acts as a content gatekeeper for all marketing content requiring translation review and approval
- Evaluates if content and messaging is appropriate for the market
4. Stakeholder Management
- Advises stakeholders on overall activities execution processes, KPIs, deployment of tools and services
- Acts as advisor on consumer marketing tools and services
Required skills & competencies
- 4+ years’ experience in marketing activities execution, incl. 2+ years in client-facing role with assigned account management responsibilities
- Experience in advanced data analytics, insights generation and data-driven stakeholder consulting
- Experience in managing marketing projects and campaigns of growing complexity
- Experience in cooperation with variety of stakeholders on client and agency side; Exposure to senior client stakeholders
