Designation: Sr. Transport Executive 

Qualification: Any Graduation 
Experience Required: 3+ years
Shift Timings: Rotational shift
Work Schedule: 6 days per week
Work location: Hyderabad
 

Objective

The prime objective of Helpdesk executive is to answer Associate questions quickly and effectively, resolve issues with empathy and care, document pain points to share with internal teams, nurture relationships, and improve brand credibility.

Accountabilities

Handling Helpdesk mail box

Quickly and effectively address Associate inquiries, questions, concerns whether they come through phone, email, chat or in-person.

Ensuring all the daily reports maintain and shared to manager with in the given time

Education

Bachelor of Degree

5 years of experience

Knowledge & Experience

Through knowledge in Moveinsync tool and Organize and maintain the data in an accurate and up-to-date manner.

Work Style / Personal Attributes

Ability to engage with Corporate Real Estate clients and C-suite executives. Dynamic personality with strong communication skills. Strategic thinker, team player and innovative.
