Role and Responsibilities

Samsung continues to grow, and is now looking for a Channel Marketing Graduate to our Norwegian Team. In this role you will work with market-leading, innovative products at the forefront of technology. You will join a dynamic and supportive team where collaboration is the key to our success. You will have the chance to manage and grow Samsung's brand presence with some of the most prestigious retail partners in the industry. We highly value work-life balance and offer a modern hybrid work model (3 days in-office, 2 days remote).

Role & Responsibilities:

You will be working with:

  • Joint Marketing Planning: Develop and align quarterly channel marketing roadmaps with selected partners to support sales targets and ensure strategic alignment.
  • Campaign Execution & Management: Lead the end-to-end execution of product launches (e.g., S-series) and seasonal promotions across partner online and physical retail channels.
  • Investment & Budget Management: Manage marketing funds and proactively reallocate resources for assigned accounts to ensure the highest possible Return on Investment (ROI).
  • Share of Voice (SoV) Optimization: Monitor and negotiate Samsung’s visibility in partners’ advertising to ensure our presence matches or exceeds our market share.
  • In-Store & Online Excellence: Ensure premium brand representation and "always-on" visibility through the timely implementation of the latest retail assets.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting: Track campaign sell-out data and ROI to provide actionable insights and continuous improvement for future marketing investments.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary marketing liaison between internal sales teams, account managers, and the marketing departments of our retail partners.

Skills & Qualifications:

In the role, it is important that you have a proactive "can-do" attitude, eager to take ownership and grow within a fast-paced global brand.

  • Education: A recently completed University degree (B.Sc. or M.Sc.) in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 0–2 years of relevant experience. Previous internships or part-time roles in marketing, retail, or sales are a strong advantage.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, specifically Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for presentations.
  • Mindset: A proactive "can-do" attitude, eager to take ownership and grow within a fast-paced global brand.
