Job Summary:

The SSC- B Workforce Management team leverages video analytics technology to support payroll productivity initiatives impacting the allocation of labor within Lowe’s stores. The Analyst role will be responsible for monitoring videos and reviewing transactions and behaviors to quantify activities involving customer service, labor schedules, operational process efficiencies, and payroll management. They will review the Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) footage and provide recommendations on process improvement as needed.

Associates in this role will be able to work independently or in a group, exercise strong communication skills, inquisitiveness, attention to detail, and must have general knowledge of store layouts, camera systems.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Core Responsibilities:

Review Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) footage and record findings.

Achieve set target of reviews on daily, weekly and monthly basis

Drive consistency and accuracy on identifying any deviation from the ideal or laid out SOPs to provide feedback.

Identify opportunities with technology, systems, policies, and procedures, etc., and escalate to Supervisor.

Maintain a smooth communication channel with business groups through multiple channels.

Stay up to date in terms of any upcoming changes and alterations in processes

Health monitoring of the CCTV views and notifying supervisor for any obstruction in the view or camera angle issues.

Years of Experience:

Overall 0-1 years of Experience

Experience in Retail Operations Management

Experience conducting quality reviews/audits

Experience in video analytics

Education Qualification & Certifications (optional)

Required Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in related field

Skill Set Required

Primary Skills (must have)

Experience in quality review / audits

Experience in video analytics / cctv monitoring

Excellent comprehension skills to understand problem statements provided by business

Attention to detail to find patterns & insights from reviews

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Experience in Microsoft tools such as Excel, Word, Outlook

Ability to work as part of a team
