Reporting to the Senior Manager, the Senior System Engineer will provide support of Finastra’s Cornerstone products from a system and technological standpoint.
Responsibilities & Deliverables:
Your deliverables as a Senior Systems Engineer will include, but are not limited to, the following:
Support of Unix, and Windows systems and the applications that run on them.
Support the resolution of vulnerabilities and system monitoring
Provide professional application and technical support of Finastra Cornerstone products
Involvement in assigned projects, throughout the release life cycle, to ensure the implementation is successful
Work collaboratively with Finastra technical groups for connectivity to various interfaces/applications
Interacts with internal stakeholders to support product releases and/or resolve application issues.
Follow procedures as it relates to Change management and escalations.
Participate in on-call rotation
Work assigned tickets through the full case management life cycle
Other duties and projects assigned.
Required Experience:
Experience with IBM Datapower, Unix, and Windows operating systems.
Experience with Qualys, Grafana, Site 24x7, Sendgrid, and Service Now applications.
Experience with basic network troubleshooting
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to provide solutions to a variety of technical problems of moderate scope and complexity independently.
Strong technical, analytical, and development skills.
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently or within a team environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Compensation: 90-105k
