Jouw rol als Customer Care Agent
Als Customer Care Agent ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten en installateurs. Jij zorgt ervoor dat bestellingen correct verwerkt worden en dat onze producten op tijd en op de juiste plaats geleverd worden.
Wat ga je doen?
✔ Advies geven aan klanten over de juiste productkeuze
✔ Orders verwerken en opvolgen van A tot Z
✔ Klantendossiers beheren, zowel administratief als commercieel
✔ Installateurs en eindgebruikers helpen aan de balie en telefonisch
✔ Commerciële acties ondersteunen en bijdragen aan klantenbinding
✔ Rapporteren aan de Teamleader Customer Service
Wie ben jij?
✅ Je hebt organisatorisch en administratief inzicht
✅ Je bent communicatief sterk en commercieel ingesteld
✅ Interesse in techniek? Dat is een plus!
✅ Kennis van SAP? Nog beter!
✅ Je bent stressbestendig, servicegericht en een echte teamplayer
✅ Je spreekt vlot Nederlands én Frans
✅ Je woont binnen een straal van 30 km van Zaventem
