The Corporate Communications Manager is responsible for shaping and delivering clear, engaging, and consistent internal communications that connect employees to the company’s strategy, culture, and priorities. The role supports leadership communications, employee engagement, change management, and key corporate initiatives through content across multiple channels. Working closely with senior leaders, HR, and business teams, the role ensures employees are informed, aligned, and inspired. It manages internal communication campaigns, executive messaging, intranet content, and employee events, helping to strengthen organizational culture, foster collaboration, and support business performance across a global and diverse workforce. Some travel will be required.
Main Responsabilities
The Communications Manager is responsible for developing and executing integrated internal and external communication strategies that strengthen employee engagement, enhance the company’s brand, and support key business objectives. Serving as a central communications resource, the role creates compelling content and campaigns that connect employees to the company’s strategy, culture, and priorities while ensuring consistent messaging across all communication channels.
The position manages leadership communications, employee engagement initiatives, change management communications, intranet content, social media channels, website content, corporate presentations, marketing materials, and employer branding activities, including the Company’s graduate and early careers programmes. Working closely with senior leadership, HR, business teams, and external vendors, the Communications Manager ensures communications are timely, engaging, visually compelling, and aligned with the company’s brand and values.
The role requires exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, alongside strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications and intranet platforms. Experience managing digital and print communications, photography, graphic design, video content, and external creative agencies is essential. The successful candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, delivering high-quality communications that enhance the employee experience, strengthen corporate reputation, and support talent attraction, retention, and business growth. Some international travel will be required.
Profile
Basic university degree required. Advanced degrees are not necessary; experience is valued more highly.
8–12 years of experience in corporate communications, internal communications, public relations, marketing communications, or a related field.
Developed and executed internal communication strategies to support employee engagement, organizational change, and leadership communications.
Created content for a variety of channels, including intranets, newsletters, town halls, employee campaigns, executive communications, and video messaging.
Managed and maintained corporate websites and social media channels, developing content that supports brand awareness and employer branding objectives.
Produced high-quality written materials, including articles, speeches, presentations, reports, announcements, and marketing collateral.
Supported graduate, internship, and early careers programmes through recruitment marketing, campus engagement initiatives, and employer branding campaigns.
Designed or coordinated the production of digital and print communications materials, working with graphic designers, photographers, videographers, and external agencies.
Developed executive presentations and corporate PowerPoint materials for leadership meetings, conferences, and external events.
Managed relationships with external vendors, creative agencies, printers, photographers, and event providers, ensuring quality delivery and budget control.
Administered and enhanced Microsoft 365 communication tools, including SharePoint-based intranet platforms, Teams, etc.
Coordinated corporate events, employee engagement activities, and internal campaigns across multiple locations.
Measured communication effectiveness through employee feedback, analytics, and engagement metrics, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
Experience working in a multinational, fast-paced corporate environment with diverse stakeholders and competing priorities.
Intellectual curiosity.
Demonstration of strong writing skills and storytelling.
Understanding of visual communications, such as through photography, graphic design, and video.
Knowledge of and experience with Microsoft 365 communication tools, including SharePoint-based intranet platforms, Teams, and Viva Engage.
Knowledge of and experience with WordPress CMS.
Knowledge of and experience with various social media platforms, including LinkedIn, X.com, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
Familiarity with AI platforms, including ChatGPT and Claude.
English mandatory. French, German, Spanish would be helpful.
