Pay Range: $17.48 – $19.00 per hour, DOE

Position Summary

Loma Linda Assisted Living is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Medication Technician to support the health and well-being of our residents. This role is responsible for the safe administration of medications and providing compassionate support in a warm, resident-centered assisted living environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer medications to residents in compliance with state regulations and facility policies
• Observe, document, and report residents’ responses to medications and any changes in condition
• Maintain accurate medication records and documentation
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed
• Communicate effectively with caregivers, nursing staff, and leadership
• Ensure medication carts and storage areas are clean, organized, and secure
• Follow all safety, infection control, and confidentiality standards

Qualifications

• Current Medication Technician certification (as required by state regulations)
• Experience in assisted living, memory care, or long-term care preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
