About the role
Job Purpose
We are seeking an experienced Problem Solving Expert (Continuous Improvement & Operational Excellence) to drive strategic improvement initiatives across our manufacturing operations. In this role, you will lead complex problem-solving activities, improve product quality and operational performance, develop organizational capabilities, and support business growth through the deployment of world-class Continuous Improvement methodologies, including Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, Shainin Red X, and Root Cause Analysis.
Requirements
Education & Certifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
Master's degree preferred.
Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification.
Shainin Red X Master certification.
Experience
Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing, operational excellence, quality, or continuous improvement environments.
Proven success leading enterprise-wide Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence programs.
Experience managing and coaching cross-functional and international teams.
Strong track record of delivering measurable results through process optimization, quality improvement, cost reduction, and waste elimination.

Scope of Responsibilities
Lead complex problem-solving activities addressing customer complaints, warranty concerns, chronic manufacturing issues, and product quality challenges.
Facilitate Root Cause Analysis workshops and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
Develop and deploy Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence strategies aligned with business objectives.
Lead high-impact projects focused on quality improvement, cost reduction, productivity enhancement, process optimization, and waste elimination.
Partner with Quality, Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to identify improvement opportunities and close capability gaps.
Coach and mentor leaders, engineers, and project teams in advanced problem-solving methodologies.
Deliver training and certification programs in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, DFSS, Shainin Red X, A3 Problem Solving, Robust Engineering, and Core Quality Tools.
Establish, monitor, and report KPIs, project outcomes, savings, and operational performance metrics.
Drive a culture of Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, and structured problem solving throughout the organization.
Act as a subject matter expert for process improvement, quality excellence, and problem-solving methodologies across the region.
