Ons team bij Deerlijk heeft momenteel een opening voor een Commercieel medewerker binnendienst Lubricants Benelux.
UW ROL EN VERANTWOORDELIJKHEDEN
Verantwoordelijk voor het volledige customer order management proces
Eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en verzorgen van dagelijkse klantcommunicatie
Ondersteunen van het commerciële team en de External Account Manager (EAM), o.a. tijdens klantbezoeken of bij afwezigheid
Monitoren van voorraadniveaus en bijdragen aan een adequate veiligheidsvoorraad
Correct invoeren en onderhouden van inkoopprijzen en commerciële gegevens in het systeem
Signaleren van markt- en klantontwikkelingen en deze intern terugkoppelen
Meewerken aan commerciële projecten en de verdere ontwikkeling van de business in de Benelux
Jouw profiel
Je beschikt over een technische opleidingsachtergrond, bij voorkeur een afgeronde bacheloropleiding Chemie of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
Je bent communicatief sterk, klantgericht en nauwkeurig
Je kunt gestructureerd en resultaatgericht werken in een dynamische omgeving
Je toont proactiviteit en ondernemerschap
Kennis van SAP is een pluspunt
Je beheerst het Nederlands, Frans en Engels zowel mondeling als schriftelijk goed
