About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Chiller Technician to join our Service Team and support our ambitious growth strategy. This role offers autonomy, technical challenges, and opportunities to develop leadership skills while working on diverse projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to system breakdowns and perform scheduled preventive maintenance

  • Commission Chillers/HVAC equipment on customer sites

  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues

  • Overhaul and fault-find across reciprocating, screw, and centrifugal systems

  • Document and report equipment results accurately

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships

  • Provide training and operational advice to customers

What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years’ experience as a technician in HVAC or industrial cooling

  • Strong background in maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting

  • Mechanical and/or electrical expertise within HVAC

  • Ability to read schematics and produce clear reports

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Current driver’s license

  • Ability to pass pre-employment medical and background checks
