Working in this area, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients in formulating and executing effective strategies to optimise outcomes in their deal-making processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support deal strategies

  • Analyze target companies’ financials, business models, and market positioning

  • Develop detailed business plans, growth strategies, and synergy assessments

  • Assist in preparing client presentations, reports, and other deliverables

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support senior team members in client meetings and workshops

  • Continuously monitor industry trends and developments relevant to client sectors

  • Contribute to internal knowledge development and capability-building initiatives

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field

  • Relevant experience in strategy consulting, corporate finance, investment banking, or a related field

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail

  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Vietnamese language proficiency is required

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities

  • Proactive, curious, and a team player with a strong client-service mindset
