About the role
工作职责：
- 维护与现有集团客户的关系，以实现销售目标
- 与现有集团客户建立紧密的联系，并能找到有影响力的关键决策人
- 在负责的市场与地区，领导大型跨地区集团客户的销售策略，实现销售与价值增长，确保独家销售
- 在有集团总部的地区，成功续约所有主要合同并且协调销售规划
- 在集团或者地区层面上，对每个客户进行年度或者季度销售回顾
- 有效地协调产品运用，现场演示，新产品发布和价格调整等
- 发展新的业务，以达到新的销售目标增长
- 在潜在和现有的客户中找寻更多的商业机遇，以达成年度销售和赢利目标
- 理解所有客户可用的方案，并在现有和潜在客户中实现“Total Plant”
- 维护18个月的销售管道，管理在不同销售阶段的关键销售目标和机遇
- 团队合作以实现艺康价值
- 与地区和全球的集团客户经理建立和保持沟通，达成对全球集团客户的共识
- 发展高效的客户满意度衡量工具与报告，以供客户综合衡量公司绩效。
- 保持对公司新产品、新项目、新设备和行业知识的了解
任职要求:
- 本科及以上学历
- 5年及以上成功的销售及客户管理经验
- 出色的沟通及谈判技巧，关系维护及人际交往能力
- 良好的英语沟通能力
- 有酒店或餐饮行业销售经验者优先考虑
