Sr. Customer Support Engineer
Location(s)
Yokohama· Perform machine installation setup, training, and machine commissioning on new machine.
· Provide after sales service supports to our customers which include maintenance, troubleshooting and repair.
· Responsible for scheduling and performing preventative maintenance.
· Coordinate with the customer care to prepare quotation, manage inventory and ensure timely delivery to enhance customer satisfaction.
· Responsible to prepare and submit progress service & maintenance report.
· Ensure all service is completed within standard procedure.
· To support After Market team in delivering sales contract and consumable target.
· To trained junior employees and provide support when necessary.
To perform other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.
- Fluent Japanese (writing, reading, speaking /business communication level) is must.
