Feladatok
- Vevői dokumentációk, gépipari szabványok értelmezése, elemzése
- Megmunkálási, megfogási stratégia meghatározása
- Szerszámok kiválasztása, szerszám-specifikációk készítése
- Megmunkálási szimulációk és programok készítése (CAM)
- Gyártási dokumentáció elkészítésében való aktív részvétel
- Műveleti munkautasítások készítése, véglegesítése
- Gyártási eredményének elemzése, javaslattétel a folyamat stabilitásának növelésére és termék minőségének javítása érdekében
- Az mintagyártások lebonyolításában való aktív műszaki támogatás
Elvárások
- Szakirányú műszaki végzettség
- Ipari környezetben, hasonló munkakörben szerzett legalább 3 éves munkatapasztalat
- 3-5 tengelyes CNC maró és eszterga gépek programozásában való jártasság
- Büntetlen előélet, erkölcsi bizonyítvány
Előnyt jelent
- Előnyt jelent Siemens programozási nyelv ismerete
- Köszörülésben szerzett tapasztalat
- Angol nyelvtudás
