Administrative Assistant - Early Careers Program
In this role, a typical day will include:
- Managing requests and tickets in internal systems (SAP, Ariba, Salesforce)
- Supporting the coordination of internal meetings
- Monitoring industry event schedules and calendars
- Assisting with the organization of conferences and marketing events
- Actively collaborating with the Sales team in organizing meetings and providing back-office support
- Preparing basic correspondence, letters, and requests
- Supporting internal processes, including document workflow, invoices, and contracts
- Performing other administrative tasks such as scanning, printing, and handling mail and courier shipments
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:
Students’ status;
Fluent Polish and good English,
Positive attitude and ability to work in fast-paced project environment;
Focus on details,
Proficiency in computer use,
knowledge of systems and applications from the Microsoft family,
