Within our Marketing & Omnichannel team, we operate in a highly complex and impactful therapeutic landscape - covering rare diseases, hematology, nephrology, and immunology. Our approach is fully omnichannel: integrating CRM, digital channels, field force activities, and medical education into a cohesive and data-driven strategy.

The Role
- Own and continuously enhance the omnichannel dashboard (HCP coverage, contact frequency, digital engagement, outcome metrics by indication)
- Monitor and analyze digital campaign performance (email, product websites, paid media, social media), delivering action-oriented monthly reports
- Support the definition of digital and field objectives, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Conduct ad hoc analyses to inform investment decisions, channel prioritization, and strategic reviews
- Execute tactics defined in the annual omnichannel plan
- Manage day-to-day delivery of campaigns, congresses, webinars, and digital activations
- Coordinate with creative and digital agencies (briefing, timelines, quality control)
- Support the field force with onboarding materials, campaign updates, and sales support tools
- Contribute to the development of content for owned channels (social media, HCP newsletters, product platforms) in line with regulatory requirements (Spain & Portugal)
- Provide operational support for the Portuguese market, working closely with the local manager
Your Skills and Experience:
- Degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- (Postgraduate studies are a plus)
- Approximately 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing
- Proven experience in data analysis and campaign performance tracking
- Familiarity with omnichannel environments (CRM, digital channels, field force engagement)
- Clear communication skills: able to present data visually and effectively to internal teams and the field force
- Digital curiosity: interest in new tools, automation, and innovative ways to engage HCPs
- Spanish: native or bilingual
- English: professional proficiency
- Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) or analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, email tools) is a plus
- Portuguese: nice-to-have, not required
Reporting Relationships:
- Reports to: Omnichannel Manager Iberia
- Direct Reports: none
