THE JOB:

As a Food Runner for the Pool at MGM Grand, you will support a lively, outdoor dining environment by delivering guest orders quickly and accurately throughout the pool area. In this role, you will ensure food is presented properly and reaches the correct guests in a timely manner, helping maintain a smooth and efficient service flow. You will follow all departmental and company policies and procedures while working closely with the service team to support overall guest satisfaction. Through your reliability, attention to detail, and teamwork, you will contribute to a seamless and enjoyable poolside experience.

THE STARTING RATE: $16.1382 Hourly + Tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Accurately brings guests meals from the kitchen to the dining tables.

• Complies with all department and company rules, regulations, policies, procedures, internal controls and government rules

• and regulations

• Attends periodic meetings and training sessions.

• Perform other job-related duties as requested.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required

• Must be 18 years of age or older

• Previous experience as a Food Runner in a High-Volume restaurant or similar environment preferred

• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays preferred
