Meet your future team
You will join an international team of six experienced professionals working across fourteen countries within Global Logistics. The team collaborates closely with local sales organizations and logistics service providers to ensure high performance across service, quality, and cost. Built on trust, partnership, and knowledge sharing, the team promotes effective cross-country cooperation and a strong customer focus while contributing to regional and global logistics initiatives.
What we offer
In this role, you will support the regional Logistics Team in daily operations and performance management while helping drive efficiency and operational excellence through data-driven decision-making. You will have the opportunity to work in an international environment, contribute to strategic projects, and explore innovative technologies, including AI solutions.
More specifically your tasks will be to:
- Support the CEE Logistics Team in identifying and implementing improvements that increase efficiency, customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and automation.
- Develop structured analysis processes that enable better use of sales, transportation, and warehousing data.
- Explore and support innovative solutions, including AI-powered tools and approaches.
- Build, maintain, and improve dashboards for logistics KPI monitoring and performance tracking.
- Maintain business documentation, including process documentation and supplier Standard Operating Procedures.
- Participate in regional and global logistics projects.
What you will bring
You are a structured and analytical professional who enjoys working with data and collaborating with stakeholders across different countries and functions. You combine strong communication skills with a proactive mindset and the ability to identify opportunities for improvement in complex logistics environments.
Moreover, we expect that you:
- Have an analytical mindset and enjoy working with complex datasets.
- Possess strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Bring 3–5 years of experience in analytical or logistics-related roles within an international environment.
- Have advanced Excel skills.
- Communicate fluently in written and spoken English.
- Have experience with SAP, Power BI, Copilot, or similar AI tools, which will be considered an advantage.
- Are willing to travel occasionally for business purposes.
