Your Responsibilities:

• Drive and implement the local Compliance Program across the Czech Republic and Slovakia in alignment with global standards
• Monitor business activities, identify compliance risks, and initiate appropriate mitigation actions
• Act as a trusted business partner, advising stakeholders across functions on compliance-related matters
• Plan, coordinate, and support internal audits and compliance assessments
• Adapt global policies, procedures, and training materials to local regulatory requirements
• Deliver compliance trainings and promote a strong compliance culture across the organization
• Collaborate with regional and global compliance teams and ensure transparent reporting
• Track regulatory developments and ensure timely alignment of local practices
• Support and lead compliance-related projects and strategic initiatives in the region

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Business, Economics, or a related field
• 5+ years of professional experience in Compliance, Risk Management, Audit, or a related area
• Proven experience in a complex, international environment, ideally within a regulated industry (e.g. healthcare, pharma, or financial services)
• Strong understanding of compliance frameworks, internal controls, and regulatory requirements
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and the ability to influence and challenge business decisions
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and make sound decisions
• Strong communication, presentation, and training skills, with a high level of intercultural awareness
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across different markets (Czech Republic & Slovakia)
• High level of integrity, resilience, and accountability
• Fluency in English; Czech and/or Slovak is a strong advantage
• Willingness to travel within the region
