Job Description

About the Role

As the Associate Program Manager, you are the organizational engine that keeps our marketing campaigns moving. You will support the Senior Program Manager in orchestrating complex, cross-functional initiatives across marketing, creative, media, and merch & product teams. You are a detail-oriented problem solver who thrives on turning chaos into order, ensuring that every milestone is met and every stakeholder is aligned.

What You'll Do

  • Project Coordination: Support the execution of seasonal campaigns and go-to-market (G2M) moments by tracking deliverables, updating timelines, and flagging potential bottlenecks before they become issues.

  • Workflow Management: Maintain and optimize in our project management tools (e.g., Airtable, Miro, etc.) to ensure "one source of truth" for seasonal marketing activities.

  • Meeting Facilitation: Own the logistics for cross-functional syncs, including preparing agendas, capturing action items, and ensuring follow-through from various leads.

  • Pipeline Support: Assist in managing the Product-to-Market (P2M) milestones, ensuring teams have the inputs they need to meet upstream deadlines.

  • Stakeholder Alignment: Act as a central point of contact for day-to-day status updates, bridging the gap between brand, loyalty, and growth teams.

  • Process Documentation: Help standardize and document team workflows and best practices to improve overall team efficiency.

  • Reporting: Assist in gathering data for quarterly performance recaps and campaign hindsights.

Who You Are

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in project management, marketing operations, or an agency account management role.

  • Systems Fluency: Hands-on experience with marketing technology and project management tools (e.g., Airtable, Workfront, Monday.com, or Smartsheet).

  • Organizational Superpowers: An obsession with detail; you’re the person who catches the missing deadline in a 50-line spreadsheet.

  • Agility: The ability to pivot quickly in a fast-paced retail environment where priorities can shift weekly.

  • Communication: Strong written and verbal skills; you can distill complex project updates into clear, actionable bullet points.
