The opportunity

This role exists because we need to level up, in execution, in velocity, and in craft. Your mission is to own USC's member-facing digital experience, our app and web platform, and drive the relentless improvement of every touchpoint a member has with our product. Working in close partnership with our founders, the CPTO and VP of Product & Design, you'll help shape the strategy and then make it happen. You'll build the team, set the pace, and ship world-class product that users don't just use, they rave about.

We don't need a theorist. We need a builder. Someone who has felt the heat of delivering at scale, who sets the bar high and holds the line, and who understands that great design and rigorous execution are not a trade-off, they're the same thing.

And here's what we're clear about: the Love Brand vision isn't just about how the product feels. It's about building an experience so compelling it directly drives member retention, engagement, and commercial growth across our markets. Beautiful product and profitable product are the same goal.

What you will do

  • You own and shape the product strategy for USC's app and web experience, working closely with the founder and VP of Product & Design holding the quality and know the difference between shipped and done
  • You set a clear north star for the end-to-end member journey, balancing strategic ambition with the relentless demands of short-cycle delivery and move fast without losing the plot from onboarding to daily use to community, making sure every squad decision maps back to it
  • You manage, coach, and grow a team of 4–5 Product Managers (mid to staff level) focused on the member experience, and setting expectations, enabling growth, and holding the team accountable to outcomes, not outputs
  • You create a culture where craft, speed, and user obsession are non-negotiable standards while partnering with key stakeholders e.g. Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, and Operations
  • You bridge the gap between leadership strategy and squad-level delivery and translate vision into delivery without losing fidelity in either direction
  • You establish the rituals, frameworks, and feedback loops that keep a growing product org moving in sync
  • You champion user research, qualitative insight, and data-driven decision-making at every stage of the product lifecycle
  • You are the voice of the member inside the building, always pushing to reduce friction, increase delight, and build trust
  • You own product KPIs that connect directly to business performance, including member retention, engagement depth, and conversion. You track both satisfaction scores and commercial outcomes

What you will need to succeed

  • You bring 7+ years of product leadership experience, with at least 3 years managing PMs in a B2C, mobile-first environment
  • You have worked at a app-first scale up company, in high-stakes, high-velocity product environments
  • You demonstrable experience shipping and iterating on consumer mobile apps (iOS and Android) at scale and know what good looks like
  • You have managed other PMs, not just ICs and know how to develop product talent and drive accountability at every level
  • You understand the European consumer landscape, its nuances, its markets, and its regulatory context
  • You understand the difference between great UX and profitable UX, and you've shipped product that moved both
  • You are full profession
