Currently, we are looking for an experienced Product Owner for Roosh.

We are looking for a Product Owner to lead the development and growth of a product, working closely with engineering and marketing teams.

You will:

— Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
— Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
— Develop and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with user and business priorities.
— Work closely with development teams to translate requirements into well-defined features and enhancements.
— Test and validate hypotheses, iterating quickly based on market feedback and data insights.
— Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product positioning and go-to-market execution.
— Monitor key product metrics (LTV, CAC, Retention, Conversion, etc.) and drive data-driven decision-making.
— Engage with key stakeholders to align product direction with business goals and customer expectations.
— Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

About you:

— 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a product-driven company.
— Proven track record of defining and executing product strategies, especially in B2B or SaaS environments.
— Strong knowledge of product development processes, agile methodologies, and market research techniques.
— Experience in go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and customer segmentation.
— Ability to work with data analytics, business models, and financial metrics to drive growth.
— Hands-on experience in backlog management, feature prioritization, and hypothesis validation.
— Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align teams toward a common vision.
— Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a proactive and strategic mindset.
