About the Role

In this role, you will own a broad range of topics across the entire B2C seller journey. This includes driving pivotal initiatives, leading operational execution, and working closely with internal and external partners. The goal is to drive growth, improve the seller experience, and translate regulatory and product requirements into scalable solutions.

You will operate with a high level of autonomy, owning topics end-to-end from initial concept and case development through to execution and performance tracking.

What you will accomplish...

  • Own end-to-end delivery of strategic and operational initiatives within the DE B2C Seller Engagement Team
  • Develop concepts, arguments, and clear narratives for growth and optimization initiatives across the seller lifecycle (acquisition, activation, retention, monetization)
  • Lead cross-functional projects in close collaboration with global teams including Product, Risk, Trust, Regulatory, Analytics, Marketing, Strategy and Customer Service
  • Analyze performance data and translate insights into concrete actions to improve important metrics such as GMV, adoption, retention, and conversion
  • Identify structural difficulties for sellers and drive the development of scalable solutions together with relevant collaborators
  • Work closely with key business partners to ensure compliance and early integration of requirements into product and process development
  • Plan and complete go-to-market activities for new features, programs, and regulatory changes, including driving seller adoption
  • Prepare and lead business reviews, decision-making processes, and management updates
  • Ensure strong project governance by structuring, preparing, and facilitating meetings, workshops, and steering forums
  • Build clear decision frameworks, agendas, and documentation, including tracking of actions, ownership, and outcomes
  • Actively monitor project progress, dependencies, and risks, and bring up issues early where needed
  • Drive mitigation actions and ensure timely delivery in alignment with all relevant collaborators
  • Establish efficient working models and processes to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives
  • Manage external partners and vendors supporting key programs and initiatives

What you bring...

  • Several years of experience (at least +4 years) in e-commerce, marketplace environments, or roles passionate about strategy, business development, or program management
  • Proven track record of independently leading complex, cross-functional projects with multiple collaborators
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive decisions and measure impact
  • Ability to switch between critical thinking and hands-on execution
  • Clear and structured communication, including experience working with senior collaborators
  • Experience with regulatory, trust, or risk-related topics is a plus
  • Strong sense of responsibility, organized approach to work, and a clear focus on delivering results
  • Proficient in German and English
