Descripción:

Fidelizar al cliente a través de una comunicación eficaz entre el cliente y la agencia mediante la gestión, coordinación y ejecución de los objetivos del cliente.

Funciones:

Coordinar con el área de arte, creatividad y planning para bajarles el pedido del cliente y desarrollarlo.
Durante todo este proceso hay una supervisión que asegure una fidelidad al pedido del cliente y también un aporte que potencie el trabajo.
Realizar el pre-filtro del trabajo de campañas estratégicas encargada a las otras áreas.
Aprobar el trabajo de campañas tácticas encargada a las otras áreas para su presentación al cliente.
Coordinar con las áreas responsables la realización y el seguimiento del presupuesto.
Analizar y revisar reportes de competencia, bench marks, analítica web, redes sociales y medición de indicadores para la entrega y presentación al cliente.
Realización de reportes y análisis de resultados.
Coordinar con proveedores externos, y otras agencias para entrega de proyectos.
Apoyar en la elaboración de briefs de campañas estratégicas y apoyar en las reuniones de estas.
Elaborar brief y dirigir las reuniones de campañas tácticas.
Actualización del catálogo digital y control de stock.
Apoyar al líder en el seguimiento de la cuenta sobre retrasos en pago o aprobación en presupuestos u ordenes de trabajo.

Requerimientos:

Experiencia de mínimo 2 a 3 años como Ejecutivo(a) de cuentas.
