About the Role
What You Will Be Doing
- Serve as a pre-sales IBS Deposits demonstration and subject matter expert for prospective and existing clients
- Respond to RFPs and RFIs by providing detailed functional and operational insight into the IBS Deposits solution
- Conduct discovery sessions with prospective and existing IBS clients to understand deposit operations, business objectives, and regulatory requirements
- Deliver compelling, in-person and virtual software demonstrations and presentations that clearly convey the value of the IBS Deposits solution and differentiate IBS as a long-term core partner
- Engage extensively with prospects and clients at their bank locations, as most interactions are conducted on-site
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels within a financial institution, including executive leadership
- Collaborate closely with a broader pre-sales and solution consulting team, adapting to varying working styles and personality types
- Represent IBS in client- and prospect-facing social settings, including luncheons, dinners, conferences, and industry events
What You Bring
- Extensive knowledge of deposit-related banking operations and associated banking regulations
- Proven ability to articulate complex banking and technology concepts to diverse audiences
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including executive-level presentation capability
- Demonstrated success in client- or prospect-facing roles within financial services or financial technology
- High level of professionalism and comfort engaging clients in both formal business and social environments
- Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative, team-based pre-sales organization
- Willingness and ability to travel 50–75%, including frequent on-site bank visits and overnight travel
Preferred Experience
- Experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, implementation, or product specialist roles supporting core banking or deposit platforms
- Prior experience as a deposits SME within a financial institution or fintech organization
- Hands-on experience supporting client discovery
