About the role
Principal Accountabilities / Responsibilities
- Deep understanding of PMSM (Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor) control methods, with experience in IPMSM preferred.
- Define internal software requirements and complete module design for eCompressor and Heater.
- Implement and integrate algorithms for related projects (eCompressor, Heater) based on MATLAB modules.
- Develop key algorithms such as eCompressor torque compensation, harmonic injection, and zero-speed current closed-loop startup.
- Support eMotor/Heater parameter mapping tests and perform system calibration.
- Support product FCT/EOL (Final Circuit Test/End of Line) specifications in collaboration with system and hardware teams.
- Strictly comply with EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) rules and behavioral guidelines in the plant.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Proficient in sensor less FOC (Field-Oriented Control) algorithms, with experience in Flux or SMO (Sliding Mode Observer) preferred (at least one required).
- Familiarity and experience with Major IC DSP development; experience with NXP S32K.
- Knowledge of BLDC/PMSM is Required
- Minimum 3 years of experience in eCompressor SW control.
- Knowledge of MBD (Model-Based Design) is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Good English skill, both spoken and written, for daily business communication.
